Support is what we call our communication with our clients
We proactively manage our client’s impression of our firm’s service through regular communication
We require one primary point of contact with each of our clients. That is the person whom we invite to Client Hub and to the Ticket portal for tracking email status
On the hundreds and hundreds of emails we process from clients, we aim to reply within 24 hours.
So that’s a result we track

 

Client Hub
You will use Client Hub’s web or mobile app as your central point of contact for interacting with us.
Send short text Messages to our team.  View Tracked Items between us (To Do, Yes/No, File Attachment, Text Response, Accept/Decline).  Launch Links to the apps & resources that you use…all from one place.  Simple, secure, awesome.
Access the Ticket Portal to view email exchanges between us logged and tracked as tickets.  View status of tickets, search history of communication, monitor tickets logged by other members of your organization and track open items.  This is also where you can rate us 5-stars for our super support…or tell us how we can support you better.

Genius Bar
As national thought leaders, trainers, and members of Intuit’s elite trainer/writer network and advisory council, our consulting services are only available to the public via the Genius Bar.  Our gurus are accounting professionals experienced in working with businesses using the best-of-breed apps in your tech stack.  Take advantage of this resource!


 

Support

The level of support you select effects the frequency and type of communication you wish to have with your accounting team. Select the plan that is most relevant. You can purchase additional meetings with your accounting team when needed.

How It Works:

  1. We provide you with a custom email address for your business’ accounting team.
  2. You email questions, comments & information to your team.
  3. We read & reply at the designated frequency of your support plan.
  4. You schedule Controller Calls at the designated frequency of your base plan.
  5. Controller Calls are web-based meetings with the lead on your accounting team. You will receive a link to join the meeting at the scheduled time.
  6. Controller Calls are an important opportunity to review your financial information and communicate live with us.

 

Special Instructions:

    • Controller Calls not scheduled by you at the specified frequency are considered skipped.
    • Support plans can be upgraded or downgraded. Contact us for pricing.
