QuickBooks Online will be implementing a gradual rollout of their online navigation menu enhancements beginning early August and moving into the Fall of 2022.
What Can You Expect?
One major design update is how business owners will find information important to them. The Business View navigation will be simplified, with easier-to-understand language for the business users.
Business users will have the ability to customize and bookmark frequently used menus in the Business or Accountant Views, this will also work for the accountant users.
Get Things Done
The same features are available as the current Business View Navigation but organized more user-friendly.
Get things done is the starting navigation point for basic tasks, including linking bank accounts, creating invoices, categorizing transactions, and tracking receipts.
Customization
Customization features will include the ability to:
Modify the navigation menu to see only the pages used most.
Hide the pages not used on an everyday basis, and have the ability to view under More when the need arises.
Bookmark a page.
Reorder navigation menu items and bookmarks how the user sees fit.
The latest QuickBooks Online Navigation will provide you with quick access to your day-to-day tasks. This condensed experience will focus on using terms and concepts you use to run your business.
