Having Expensify on mobile devices simplifies that process even more because of the SmartScan and GPS capabilities.
SmartScan
How many times have you searched through your bag to find a receipt that might not even be there? With Expensify on mobile devices, you don’t have to worry about that missing receipt.
The SmartScan function allows you to snap a pic and upload it right away for safekeeping. For example, when you upload your receipt, it automatically reviews and uploads pertinent information needed for accounting purposes. It also saves a picture of the receipt if you need it in the future. As a result, you’ll be able to submit expenses easily and eliminate the clutter of monthly receipts!
