How to Submit Expenses on Expensify

Manual Entry
If you need to manually enter your expenses into Expensify, it’s just as easy!
If you’re on a desktop computer, here are the steps:
- Navigate to the Expense page
- Click on the “New Expense” dropdown menu
- Enter the information
- Upload the receipt
- Click “Save”
If you’re on the Expensify App:
- Tap the “+” in the top right corner of the app
- Tap Expense
- Tap Manually Create
- Enter your expense details
- Add your receipt
- Tap save

Expensify gives you so many options for submitting your expenses, and the great news is that the platform also makes it easy to submit and approve reports.
- If you need to group related expenses together, like for a business trip, you can create a report manually.
- You can also use the automated system to create and submit new reports seamlessly.
